LiquiCount is a standalone electronic pulse-counting device designed to measure and log items and liquid flow based on signals from external sensors or pumps. It converts pulse inputs into meaningful volume or item counts and is commonly used in industrial, aviation, agricultural, and process-control applications.
LiquiCount is liquid-agnostic. It does not measure the liquid directly but instead counts pulses generated by flow sensors or pumps. As a result, it can be used with water, fuels, chemicals, de-icing fluids, and other liquids, provided a suitable sensor is used.
LiquiCount counts electrical pulses generated by a connected sensor. Each pulse represents a fixed quantity of liquid. Using a configurable calibration value (K-factor), LiquiCount converts the pulse count into a calculated volume displayed on the screen and stored internally.
LiquiCount supports pulse inputs from sensors operating at 5 V, 12-24 V. The correct sensor voltage must be selected during installation or configuration to ensure reliable operation and to prevent damage.
Yes. LiquiCount is compatible with a wide range of pulse-output devices, including proximity sensors, Hall-effect sensors, and pulse-generating pumps. Compatibility depends on the sensor providing a clean digital pulse within the supported voltage range.
Accuracy depends on the quality of the sensor and correct calibration. LiquiCount itself counts pulses with high reliability. System accuracy is verified by calibrating the K-factor against a known volume using an external reference or test method.
A K-factor defines how many pulses correspond to a specific volume of liquid (for example, pulses per litre). LiquiCount allows the K-factor to be configured through its menu system so the displayed volume matches the real-world flow.
Yes. LiquiCount uses non-volatile memory to retain configuration settings and critical data. In the event of a power loss, stored values are preserved and restored when power is reapplied.
Volume counts can be viewed directly on the LCD display. Reset functions are available through the user interface, with confirmation prompts to prevent accidental resets.
Yes. LiquiCount supports multiple unit types, including litres, gallons, and item counts. Units can be selected through the menu system, and the display updates automatically to reflect the chosen unit.
LiquiCount is designed with compliance and traceability in mind. It is suitable for use in regulated environments when installed and configured in accordance with the relevant standards and documented procedures.
LiquiCount is designed to meet applicable UKCA and CE requirements, including EMC standards such as EN 61326-1. Compliance details are provided in the Declaration of Conformity and supporting technical documentation.
Yes. LiquiCount can be configured and customised through software options and calibration settings. This allows it to be adapted for different industries, workflows, and operational requirements.
